Busy night for firefighters after spate of wheelie bin blazes and garage fires 05/07/17

A Staffordshire Fire and Rescue spokesman said: "We would urge the public to be vigilant when putting their rubbish out."

And last night crews from Hanley and Longton attended a garage fire on Leek Road in Wetley Rocks.

A spokesman added: "We were called at 9.30pm and managed to stop the fire getting to the house."
